He's currently counting down the days to the start of 2023's My Peak Challenge with some great motivation and selfies from the weight room.

Heughan posted the pictures on Instagram with the caption, "2 DAYS!!!!!! ✌️ Until we reach our Peak in 2023! @mypeakchallenge Make sure you preregister and join us for day 1 on 1st Feb. 😘."

He also joked about how dirty his hands look in the photos, writing, "(I may even wash my hands by then!?)."

Longtime Peakers are also excited to start, as someone commented, "Yasssss✌️✌️can't wait to dive into my 7th year as a proud Peaker 🙌😍."

The organization's official website states, "My Peak Challenge began with a call to action. In 2015, Sam Heughan challenged his fans to challenge themselves while raising funds for charity. The message resonated, and the My Peak Challenge T-shirt became synonymous with unity and camaraderie."
